Damn was it hot outside! And humid too. Overall, it was miserable outside with the heat, the humidity from the threatening rain clouds, and the heat radiating from the pavement while I sat at lights on my motorcycle. To say I was glad to be done with class and back in my apartment would be an understatement, I left a trail of clothes from the door to my room where I stood naked in the blast from the A/C vent. When the sweat had evaporated I grabbed a pair of gym shorts and went to my desk, booted up my laptop and decided to check out the summer Steam sale. I usually don't spend much time on Steam, summer is one of the few times I log on to see if there are any tempting deals. I browsed the pop-up page, nothing there, I browsed the On Sale games and still saw nothing that piqued my interest. Then I, finally!, noticed that my Library had been downloading something since I had booted Steam. I didn't remember starting something so I tabbed over and it was then that I began to wonder just what in the hell &#034The World Editor&#034 was and why in the hell it was nearly finished downloading onto my computer. This program does not exist. Well this program exists only for a select few individuals, but that is a topic for a later date. It would be more accurate to say that no outside information exists about this program, there are no wiki's, no Google entries, no deep web forums or chat channels. There are also no government agents, watch programs, or even the slightest governmental awareness related to this program. You can choose to use or ignore this program; when you close this window the program will go completely dormant unless you choose to open it. Choose wisely! (Sorry, but I needed to finish ominously)&#034 I stared at the text, what in the hell did it really mean and what the hell was I going to do now. I waited several long minutes waiting for a way to close the window, there was no X, there was no Close button, no nothing. As far as the Task Manager was concerned the program did not exist and was, ...
