    I met Trudi when she was young. Her family joined our church and became active in the youth program. Over the next few years, I watched her grow from a child to a lovely young woman. She was always quiet and rarely interacted with any of the other members of our youth group. She said she had talked to her mom, but her mom took offense and would tell her that the boys were only after one thing and she should concentrate on her dance and school and not give the boys a moment of her time. Like most girls I had talked to about the subject, Trudi was intrigued about boys and wanted to be a teenager.
