Sarah left, I put on a suit, swam a few laps, and then relaxed in the hot tub for a while. It was the best I had felt, mentally and physically, for a long time. We added Saturday runs to our routine. We could do more miles and not worry about work the next day. If we went late morning, we could spend more time relaxing by the pool. Swimming. Drinking frosty beverages.
